Our lease plans and boundary surveys are produced to Land Registry specifications, including digital Ordnance Survey map insets and clear scale bars. For lease plans, the building or rooms in question are identified as well as shared areas and access routes.

We produce lease plans and boundary surveys for a wide variety of clients and property types, from single office lets within a block to large, landscaped commercial units. We also regularly produce conveyancing plans for Stroud District Council as part of the Right-to-Buy initiative.

We can also provide impartial surveys and setting-out services for boundary dispute resolution, and we have done so in the past for organisations including Thames Water, Vale of Glamorgan Council and private clients.

For boundary surveys, the area of the plot is shown, in addition to all buildings and significant structures and any services such as electrical substations or pylons. Again, shared areas and access routes are shown and can be highlighted as required.

All lease plans and boundary surveys are plotted onto OS National Grid via GPS observations. Internal details are typically surveyed using highly accurate Leica Disto laser measuring devices, while external details are obtained through use of GNSS RTK systems or total station observations.
